Returns Policy

Southwest Hobby Supply will accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding the cost of shipping. Southwest Hobby Supply is not responsible for return shipping charges on unwanted items (i.e the item was not what you were expecting, or the item is no longer desired). Southwest Hobby Supply will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Southwest Hobby Supply will also make every effort possible to ensure your products are shipped to you in a manner that grants the highest chance of a safe arrival, however in the event the item is damaged in transit, we can offer you replacement parts at no cost to you. Alternatively, Southwest Hobby Supply can refund you the cost of shipping and the original purchase price of the damaged items. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Orders will be shipped in the manner they were placed, first come first serve. Laser cut products produced by Southwest Hobby Supply are "Made to Order" which means we do not stock inventory of cut products. Processing time typically takes 2-4 business days to cut your order, pack, and ship (excluding weekends). Please note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce. Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number; typical transit time is 5 to 7 business days
